How do I purchase tickets?

Purchasing tickets is easy! Simply browse our events page, select the event you want to attend, choose your ticket type and quantity, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using credit/debit cards or PayPal.

Are tickets digital or physical?

All tickets purchased through SoundWave are digital. You'll receive your tickets via email immediately after purchase. You can also access them in your account dashboard. Simply present the QR code on your mobile device at the venue entrance.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are available for cancelled events or if requested within 48 hours of purchase (for events more than 7 days away). To request a refund, contact our support team at support@soundwave.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes! You can transfer tickets to another person through your account dashboard. Simply select the tickets you want to transfer, enter the recipient's email address, and they'll receive the tickets via email. Transfers must be completed at least 24 hours before the event.

What if an event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled, you will be automatically refunded the full ticket price, including fees. You'll receive an email notification with details about the cancellation and refund process. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days.

Do you charge booking fees?

Yes, we charge a small service fee per ticket to cover processing costs and platform maintenance. This fee is clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. The service fee is typically $5-10 per ticket depending on the event.
